Marketing Manager
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all marketing efforts across our range of business products and online platforms. This position may require collaboration with external agency to establish content pillars, facilitate video production, and strategize various marketing initiatives, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital and traditional marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Content Creation and Branding: Develop compelling content across various platforms to showcase offerings and values. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with the internal team and external design and marketing agency to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest impact and ROI. Monitor expenses and track performance against targets.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, influencers, and enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Event Planning and Management: Identify relevant industry shows, conferences, and events to participate in. Plan, coordinate and attend industry shows, designing marketing materials and exhibition stands.

Person Specification:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.).
- 3 years experience at Marketing Manager level
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in Paid Ads
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexible and adaptive mindset to respond to market changes and seasonal demand.
- Organizational and analytical abilities to manage and utilize data effectively.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with experience in developing marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Attention to detail and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience managing social media pages/accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
