The Role:

As a Kitchen Sales and Design Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients customers' dream kitchens to life. You'll engage with new clients daily, transforming their ideas and needs into beautiful, functional designs that align with their budget. Your day will be filled with variety, energy, and enthusiasm as you contribute to the success of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct kitchen design consultations with customers, creatively translating their vision into reality.
• Deliver high conversion rates and meet sales revenue targets by providing accurate quotes within customer budgets.
• Foster a positive and engaging customer experience, using your outstanding communication and people skills.
• Thrive in a busy, fun, and target-driven work environment where your hard work is rewarded with high earnings.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience in technical design, preferably in kitchen design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software; experience with 3cad is a plus.
• Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within kitchen sales.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to connect with customers.
• Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
