Job Title: Housing Support Worker
Location: Belfast
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
Salary: £25,545 per annum (pro-rata)

Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to provide assistance to individuals with physical disabilities, brain injuries, or sensory impairments. In this role, you will work collaboratively with tenants to develop a Support Plan and Risk Assessment that outlines their specific housing-related support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess support needs and develop individual support plans.
• Provide guidance on financial management, tenancy agreements, and life skills.
• Help service users access community services, employment, and training.
• Promote personal well-being through healthy choices, safety routines, and independent living strategies.
• Ongoing monitoring and review of support plans.

Requirements:

• RQF Level 2 Qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience supporting people with disabilities or vulnerable groups.
• Strong communication, IT, and interpersonal skills.
