Client Experience Executive - Kitchens | Bathrooms | Interiors

Location: Nationwide (M1 Corridor Focus) | HQ: County Louth

Our client is a leading Irish provider of bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and interior stonework, with a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and luxury finishes. They are now looking to bring on a talented and driven Client Experience Executive to join their expanding team. If managing the needs of discerning clients is something you excel at, please read below.

What We Need:

  • A proven sales track record in high-end interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, or related sectors.
  • A relationship builder - someone with natural charm, authenticity, and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment and a drive to succeed.
  • A self-starter with strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide clients from first meeting to signed deal.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and the confidence to build on it from Day One.
  • A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel throughout Ireland, especially along the M1 corridor.

What You'll Do:

  • Represent a respected luxury interiors brand offering bespoke high-end kitchen, bathroom and stonework solutions.
  • Drive new business while managing existing client relationships with professionalism and flair.
  • Conduct confidential client consultations in person, understanding their needs and presenting tailored design-led solutions.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Travel & Engage clients on-site, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets, with full support from the wider team.
