Healthcare Insurance Administrator - Hybrid - Dublin 2

At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for an ambitious administrator with a background in Insurance to join a Global Insurance company with offices in Dublin City Centre.

They are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Healthcare team as an Account Executive. This position will play a crucial role in assisting the Underwriting Authority put in place insurance policies for Doctors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative and organisational aspects of their portfolio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Delegated Underwriting Authority team in processing insurance policies; including reviewing submissions, calculating premiums and drafting policy documentation.
  • Utilise a tracking system to accurately record the progress of new and renewing applicants, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Proactively engage with producers to ensure timely return of renewal information and update tracking systems throughout the process. Regularly update the team on the status of upcoming renewals.
  • Maintain regular communication with producers via email and phone to address inquiries, provide updates on quote / policy status and to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues within Paragon to streamline processes, optimise work flows and enhance overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working an insurance or similar role.
  • A professional insurance qualification or progression to such a qualification will be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple deadlines effectively and work well under pressure during busy renewal periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating initiative with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work outputs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

With a convenient Dublin City Centre location, this permanent position will offer a salary in the region of €30,000 - €35,000 with a hybrid working model offering 3 days per week working from home.
