Job Description: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Cork. The successful candidates will provide high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
• Support patients in mobility and physical activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Assist with the preparation of meals and serve food and drinks.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare or nursing (QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a caring attitude towards patients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
