General Manager

On behalf of our client based in Ballymena we are recruiting for a General Manager; you will be working alongside their London based General Manager within a fast paced & dynamic industry.

Monday-Friday 07:30-15:30 / 08:00-16:00 (Subject to Business Needs)

Job Duties:

Responsible for members of staff.

Creating an environment where the team feels supported, trained, and motivated to deliver brilliant service.

Must be flexible to travel to various locations when required.

Report into the company directors.

Bi-monthly review meetings.

Promote the business using social media platforms.

Take minutes of meetings if required.

Problem solving

Responsible for stock levels & stock takes.

Dealing with customers on a daily basis & ensuring their expectations are met.

Criteria:

5+ years' experience leading teams.

Demonstrate leadership.

Experience in using Microsoft packages; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Must work well as part of a team & also work on own initiative.

Full clean driving licence
