Location: Victoria Road Depot, Larne
Pay Rate: £14.84 per hour (Scale 5 SCP 14)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, agency position

Staffline is recruiting experienced LGV Drivers to support waste collection and environmental services for Mid and East Antrim Borough Council in Larne. This is a key role within the council's cleansing and waste operations team.

Key Duties:

• Drive LGV vehicles for refuse, recycling and cleansing duties
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and log all activity
• Use digital reporting systems and bin-lift technology
• Oversee safe loading and unloading
• Represent the council when engaging with the public

Required:

• Current Category C LGV driving licence
• Valid CPC qualification
• One year's continuous LGV driving experience
• Clean or declared licence (assessed for suitability)

Preferred:

• Experience in the waste or recycling sector
• Familiarity with left-hand drive vehicles
