On behalf of our client we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant
This role is Part-time based on Galgorm Road, Ballymena
Hours: Mon-Frid - 4hrs per day - 20hpw
About the Role:
As our new Admin Support, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will be required to work alongside our London based Management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing paperwork and updating records
Scheduling deliveries and collections
Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams
General office admin including data entry, filing, and email management
Take minutes of meetings
What We're Looking For:
5 GCSEs A-C (to include English & Maths)
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experienced in using Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Must work well as part of a team & ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Full clean Driving Licence
