Telephony Operators
We are recruiting for a number of Telephony Operators to join our client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive based in Ballymena on a temporary ongoing basis.
Role: Telephony Operators
Location: Twickenham House, Ballymena
Hours of work:
- 40hrs per week
- Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: £12.65
Closing Date: Thursday 11th September @ 5pm
Duration of the role: Temporary, ongoing
MAIN PURPOSE:
- You will be the first point of contact providing excellent customer service and clear professional support along with general administrative duties.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering telephone calls and providing clear advise
- Distributing calls to relevant business units
- Management of email accounts
- Providing excellent customer service
- General admin, inputting data and maintaining records
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
- 1 year's relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
