Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Financial Solutions Specialist on behalf of a leading financial services company. The Financial Solutions Specialists work across a wide range of areas with specialisms in property-associated debt. They help clients navigate out of corporate and personal debt by steering them in the right direction, with impartial and tailored advice.

FOUR DAY WEEK AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A PROBATIONARY PERIOD

Responsibilities:

• Provide a strategy for potential clients who need a solution to the burden of personal or business debt.
• Engage with prospects to encourage appointment of services.
• Experience in identifying key opportunities for engagement - in both B2C & B2B environments.
• Facilitate one to one consultation with clients to identify a solution to their financial difficulties.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and core values of the business to inspire Strategic Alliances to introduce clients to company.
• Work closely with and effectively communicate with the Marketing Team on source data to create and cultivate opportunities.
• Any other duties role may involve.

• Interest in Financial Solutions
• Experience of working in the Finance Sector
• Willing to train and develop with studying out of the office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

The Rewards

The successful Financial Solutions Specialist will enjoy a competitive salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience plus Bonus (OTE £65K), Healthcare, team trips away and Career Progression.

Location

The Financial Solutions Specialist role will be based in Belfast.
