The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting financial advisers with client reviews, communications, and documentation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and executing the client review process from start to finish
• Liaising with clients to gather information and schedule meetings
• Preparing review packs and valuations for adviser meetings
• Processing response forms and ensuring advisers are briefed and prepared
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Assisting with data cleansing, cash audits, and other centralised support tasks
• Adhering to compliance processes and FCA requirements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment
• Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services
• Familiarity with FCA rules and compliance processes
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
