Financial Advisor

An ambitious and dynamic financial advice firm is seeking to hire an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their growing team. Working closely with senior leadership to help grow the business and retain an existing client base. Clients are at the heart of our service, taking a personalised approach to financial planning. Dealing primarily with private clients, the successful candidate will be expected to competently advise across the full spectrum of financial planning, including investments, retirement planning, protection and inheritance tax mitigation.

Working closely with the firm's senior leadership and wider team, you will be involved in the following:

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Working with one of the firm's senior financial planners.
• Overseeing an existing client base and developing new relationships and business opportunities.
• Producing and delivering financial plans and suitability reports to a professional standard.
• Adhering to the firm's compliance procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
• Admin and paraplanner support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications.
• Minimum level 4 qualified (essential).
• Good knowledge and experience of advice process and regulatory requirements.
• At least 5 year's experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong personal organisation.
• Good team player.
• IT Literature (proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
• A clean financial background.
