The Role

As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations and month-end processes. From managing purchase ledgers to supplier reconciliations, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the finance function while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing accounts inboxes.

• Processing purchase ledger invoices (3-way match).

• Completing monthly supplier reconciliations.

• Identifying and resolving invoice or payment queries.

• Processing subcontractor invoices.

• Assisting with month-end payment runs.

• Supporting the wider finance team as required.

• General administrative duties.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' finance experience (construction or facilities management background desirable).

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.

• Previous experience using Sage, Xero, or equivalent software.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
