Job Description:
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently seeking dedicated Factory Operatives for our esteemed client, Wrightbus, a leading innovator in zero-emission vehicle production. This role is essential to our manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the assembly and quality assurance of sustainable transportation solutions.
Successful candidates will train across day shift and twilight shift before working a nightshift pattern on an ongoing basis:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 17:30-06:30
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 17:30-06:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold health and safety standards.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Report any machinery issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
