General Operative - Packing Line

We are seeking motivated General Operatives to join the packing line for a leading company in the agricultural sector, located in Limerick City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in a team environment to hit daily quotas.
• Operate and maintain packing line machinery (training provided).
• Meet daily performance targets and earn bonuses.
• Forklift experience (optional)

Requirements:

• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with machinery.
• Flexibility to alternate weekly shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Background in construction or agriculture is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.

What We Offer:

• €14 - €15/ph with daily bonuses for meeting targets.
• Temporary role for 4 months, with the potential for extension based on performance.

This role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.
