Customer Support Specialist

My client, a packaging solution for medical devices & pharmaceuticals company, seek to a hire a customer service specialist.

This role will suit someone with account management experience and travelling twice a quarter.

Responsibilities

• Provide account management and be point of contact with book of business.

• Process customer orders and check delivery times to make sure they are accurate.

• Focus on providing outstanding customer service.

• Responsible for pricing on customer accounts.

• Keep an eye on any problems with customer orders.

• Manage sample requests, update customers on order status, and handle other customer needs.

• Coordinate shipping dates with planning teams and inform customers of any updates.

• Work with teams in Mainland Europe

Requirements

• A degree in business or something similar.

• At least 2 years working in customer service or sales.

• Know how to use systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics

• Be okay with visiting HQ in Mainland Europe every 6 weeks.
