CUSTOMER SUPPORT | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT

Our client within the logistics industry, is searching for a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note that this role is fully office based, 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends 8am - 4pm. Days off in lieu given for weekend. Parking is on-site and has access to public transport.

THE ROLE |

The new team member will report to the Customer Service Manager and work alongside the planning team, providing support to customers via email and phone, ensuring updates are completed while promoting excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Providing day-to-day office support
• Assisting customer queries via calls and emails
• Coordinate bookings with customers and assisting with amendments
• Updating systems and compiling records
• Generating invoices based on completed works

REQUIREMENTS |

• Previous experience in a reception or customer support role
• Previous experience with office administration duties
• Experience of customer coordination/booking desirable
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills via calls
