Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (12-Month Contract, Fully Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Location: Remote (Ireland-based applicants preferred)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to support customers from the comfort of your home while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service across our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrol new members via multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
Respond to queries via phone, email, webchat, and social media on topics such as renewals, sales, complaints, and cover confirmation
Accurately update customer records and ensure payment details are correct
Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit control processes
Sell healthcare products to individuals and groups, following internal procedures
Handle and resolve complaints in line with the Consumer Protection Code
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and identify process improvements
Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by team leads or managers
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years' experience in a customer service or sales-related role, ideally within insurance or healthcare
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent PC and keyboarding skills
Experience handling customer enquiries via multiple contact channels
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Resilience and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing complaints
Leaving Certificate is required; further education (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) is desirable
Compliance Requirements:
Depending on your responsibilities, you may be required to attain a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification (or equivalent) and meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. If applicable, full support and guidance will be provided.
