Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (12-Month Contract, Fully Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Location: Remote (Ireland-based applicants preferred)


About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to support customers from the comfort of your home while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service across our growing customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrol new members via multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience

  • Respond to queries via phone, email, webchat, and social media on topics such as renewals, sales, complaints, and cover confirmation

  • Accurately update customer records and ensure payment details are correct

  • Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit control processes

  • Sell healthcare products to individuals and groups, following internal procedures

  • Handle and resolve complaints in line with the Consumer Protection Code

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and identify process improvements

  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by team leads or managers


What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer service or sales-related role, ideally within insurance or healthcare

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent PC and keyboarding skills

  • Experience handling customer enquiries via multiple contact channels

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Resilience and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing complaints

  • Leaving Certificate is required; further education (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) is desirable


Compliance Requirements:

Depending on your responsibilities, you may be required to attain a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification (or equivalent) and meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements. If applicable, full support and guidance will be provided.
