Job description

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis for our client based in Holywood, Northern Ireland.

Job Purpose: To work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high-quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity.

* Good general level of education to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent level qualifications, in both English and Maths OR a minimum of six months' customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone.

* Evidence of demonstrating an approach to call-handling, in a customer service environment.

* Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment.

* Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities.

* Excellent level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include work related experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
