CSU Advisor

CSU Advisor required for a large public sector organisation based through the Northen Ireland Housing Executive.

Location: Housing Centre, Adelaide Street.

Pay Per Hour: £12.82

Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

JOB SUMMARY/MAIN PURPOSE:

The CSU Advisor, in each of the functions interpretative and discretionary skills play a significant part, although it is stressed that these skills are brought to bear within written or verbal parameters and policies set by the organisation. For industrial staff the work requires competence, co-ordination and craftsmanship with a demand for both precision and speed or considerable demand for precision.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1a. The CSU Advisor require staff to undertake a variety of duties ranging from supervision and training to advice and guidance for the public.

2a. Strong Communication: Effectively listen, address concerns, manage expectations, and provide clear, empathetic information.

3a. Problem Solving: Accurately diagnose issues, determine solutions, and coordinate with contractors.

4a. Customer Service: Commitment to high customer satisfaction and professional follow-up.

5a. Attention to Detail: Manage tasks precisely, maintain accurate records, and follow procedures. Team Collaboration: Work well in a team, adapt to changes, and contribute positively to the workplace.

ESSENTAIL

2.a 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including maths and English

2b. 1-5 years of relevant experience*
