My client a leading public sector organisation based in Belfast are currently seeking a Corporate Business Officer.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay: £14.53 per hour
Main Duties
The Administrative Services Officer will be responsible for the provision of administrative, secretarial and clerical support and will support senior staff within the Corporate Business Team. The post holder will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day management and control of the services provided by Corporate Business in the local office. The post holder will be required to provide direct support to and assist the Corporate Business Lead and Assistant Corporate Business Managers on all matters relating to the Corporate Business local office activities. |
Essential Criteria
(1A) Must have a University degree or relevant professional qualification. AND (1B) 1 year's experience in a role involving staff management, servicing of Committee meetings and a working knowledge of corporate governance Shortlisting by Application Form 10 | P a g e and facilities management issues including health and safety, fire safety and security OR A minimum of 4 years' experience in a role involving staff management, servicing of Committee meetings and a working knowledge of corporate governance and facilities management issues including health and safety, fire safety and security AND (2) Have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
