Job Title: Clerical Officer
Location: Belfast
Hours: 37 hr/w
Pay Rate: £12.65 /h
Job Summary:
Basic Clerical duties to include regular telephone calls with customers. Also, regular use of IT packages such as Microsoft and internal systems
Essential Criteria:
- Experience:
- 1-Year administration
- Skills
- IT proficiency: Intermediate
Key Duties:
- Data Management:
Inputting and managing data within databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems.
- Correspondence Handling:
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and organised records, both electronic and physical.
- General Administrative Tasks:
Performing tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling telephone inquiries.
- Customer Service:
Responding to queries from the public and other stakeholders.
- IT Proficiency:
Utilising various IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to carry out duties.
