Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to join our experienced team in the Magherafelt area. This position will be based in a Nursing home with an immediate start. The pay rate is £12-£16 per hour depending on shift. The role would be in a nursing home providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care as part of a team
• Organising and leading activities to enhance resident's lives
• Maintaining accurate records in line with patient care standards
• Supporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
