Bathroom Sales Consultant

Our Kitchen & Bathroom design company based in Bangor are currently seeking to recruit a Bathroom Sales Consultant to join their team.

Basic salary is between 23k - 26k depending on experience and OTE of 50k depending on sales.

The position is permanent.

Join our leading Kitchen & Bathroom company as a Bathroom Sales and Designer Consultant. The client are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to be part of their team, providing top-notch customer service, innovative bathroom designs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively achieve sales targets to contribute to the growth of the bathroom department.
• Be the primary point of contact within the company for Customer Sales Support and maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Provide expert bathroom designs and quotations both from their showroom and during home appointments.
• Offer comprehensive Bathroom Refurbishment estimates to customers, showcasing your expertise.
• Utilise your skills in 3D AutoCAD software (Articad) to prepare stunning drawings and elevations for clients.
• Manage any design and sales queries that may arise during the installation process, ensuring a smooth experience for the customers.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relations, building long-lasting connections with their clients.
• Uphold the highest level of Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Provide Sales support to the external staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain filing and perform general administration duties as required.
• Take pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of the Showroom, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

• Experience in Sales within a target-driven environment..
• Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer's needs are met.
