This isn't your run-of-the-mill job in a shop - it's a full-time sales career opportunity, with an expectation that you will be able to hit sales targets and KPIs.

Our client is offering 40 hours a week with the potential to earn between £28,000 and £30,000 on target, but if you are able to do more, they won't cap your earnings!

You bring the drive and motivation - and you will be given the knowledge!

Full training will be provided and the training Academy will give you the product knowledge to go alongside learning from experienced team members on site.

A bit about the role….

• Welcome the customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
• Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs
• Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
• Produce customer proposals.
• Process orders.
• Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
• Exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
• Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
• Effectively overcome any potential objections.
• Process telephone orders.
• Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
• Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
• Develop a good understanding of the product range and keep up to date with new products.

• Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process.

• Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
• Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required

It would be advantageous for you to have…..

• Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
• Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT

Experience:

• Sales or retail: 1 year (required)

Salary

• £23796k Basic Salary
• (rising to £25000 on successful probationary period) with OTE £28-230K (uncapped)
