BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR | PERMANENT | CORK

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily breakfast service. This role would be morning to afternoon shifts 5 days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Supervise the daily breakfast service to ensure smooth operations and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with the Breakfast Chefs to uphold high standards of presentation and food quality.
  • Anticipate guest needs to deliver a memorable and outstanding breakfast experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Review guest arrivals each day, paying attention to VIPs and special requests.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
  • Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings as necessary.
  • Analyze and review weekly guest feedback to drive continuous improvements in service.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Skilled at multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A proactive, guest-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with a flexible and professional demeanor.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS|

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, either in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Familiarity with Hotsoft and Tablepath systems is preferred but not required.
