Our client a large public sector organisation requires a Catering Technician to join their team in Ballymena
Role: Catering Technician
Rate of Pay: £12.80
Location: Ballymena
Hours: 36 hours per week
Duration: Temporary Ongoing
Main duties/Responsibilities:
- To provide technical and catering support in operating particular Curriculum practical areas (campus Canteen, Training Restaurant, associated Training Kitchens, classrooms).
- To provide support and assistance to Lecturing staff and students using these areas.
- To support the required levels of catering delivery for college staff, students and other users associated with these areas by Curriculum during set operating hours.
- To support and collaborate effectively with the Catering Technician Band 4 in the day-to-day fulfilment of catering and associated teaching services across the campus, providing an efficient and hygienic service, including cash handling duties
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1 year's catering experience, including responsibility for cooking.
