Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager on behalf of a large independent retailer of high-quality garden rooms, hot tubs, saunas, and wellness products. The Branch Sales Manager will guide customers through the unique, fully constructed garden buildings and outdoor displays, helping them create stunning spaces for work, relaxation, and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Sell a premium range of products including garden rooms, hot tubs, decking, and saunas.
• Manage the branch's performance and support the retail customer service and admin assistants.
• Conduct on-site customer surveys, offering practical advice and layout recommendations.
• Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and a consultative approach.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Strong background in sales (retail, field, or showroom experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

The successful Branch Sales Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £38,000 depending on experience plus:

• Uncapped Commission: Hit the ground running with guaranteed commission during training, then unleash your potential with uncapped earnings - a realistic OTE of £45,000-£48,000+ and no ceiling on success
