Location: Cork
Salary: €30,000 OTE €45,000-€50,000 + 36 days annual leave + bonus scheme + healthcare
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your client base, developing strong partnerships, understanding business needs, and connecting top talent with leading employers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Conducting site visits and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting proposal and tender submissions
- Maintaining accurate and compliant CRM records
This is a 360° recruitment role, requiring both client development and candidate management expertise.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment consultancy experience or 2+ years in direct B2B sales
- Proven track record in achieving targets and building relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Full clean driving licence or access to transport
Desirable:
- Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems
- NRF/ERF or REC certification
