Inside Sales Executive
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on regular customer engagement, using your upselling and cross-selling skills to drive sales, build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers to drive increased spend by suggesting relevant products and communicating new offers
- Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs and purchasing patterns
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and other messaging platforms (What's App/FB messenger) with professionalism and speed
- Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in our HubSpot CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Support other ad hoc administrative duties as required
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Any other duties role may involve
Person Specification:
- 1 years' experience in an inside sales/telesales role, with a strong track record of handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement
- Desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot would be beneficial however full training will be provided
- Spanish language skills - spoken and written - would be a strong advantage
- Experience working with product-based businesses or in B2B sales
