Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum + OTE £32,000
Location: Lurgan
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, early finish Friday

About the Role
Due to continued growth, our client in Lurgan is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Business Development professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales support or lead generation who is motivated to drive revenue and build long-term client relationships.
You'll be responsible for identifying new leads, generating appointments, supporting customers with quotations, and providing product support in a technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team
- Provide quotations, process orders, and support customers with product information
- Maintain CRM records and manage customer accounts
- Support the delivery of sales targets and revenue growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales and production to ensure excellent customer service
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales coordination or business development role
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)
- Customer service and sales support experience
- Strong telephony, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Proven track record of outbound calling and email prospecting
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in manufacturing or product sales
- Technical product knowledge (training will be provided)
