Job description

Staffline are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to work with our client, a leading company within the automobile sector, based in Kells. Our client operates in a busy and fast paced working environment, delivering a wide range of auto-body products across the North and South of Ireland.

Responsibilities for the role include printing customer orders, invoicing, filing and matching payments, answering customer queries via phone calls and in person, credit control calls and other general administrative duties. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5.

Our client is looking for an experience administrator, who can meet the criteria mentioned below.

Criteria

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience of using an accounting software, Sage, Xero or similar software.
  • Experience of dealing with credit control.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Time Management.
