About the Role:

An excellent opportunity for an Accountant to join a progressive accountancy practice in Galway. This role is ideal for a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) with 2-3 years' accountancy experience practice who is looking to develop their technical expertise and gain exposure to advisory, systems and analytical work. Key duties:

• Prepare and review accounts, VAT, and payroll submissions for a range of clients.
• Support the implementation of new systems and automation tools.
• Assist with improving data quality and technical processes across the team.
• Gain exposure to advisory, systems and analytical work beyond standard compliance.

Essential criteria:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA).
• 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Curious, driven, and ambitious with a willingness to learn.
