An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor!

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your commercial career within a growing, innovative manufacturing environment?

We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and expanding business specialising in modular and off-site manufacturing solutions for the global data centre industry.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing project costs, procurement, tendering and contract administration, while gaining valuable exposure to exciting projects within a high-growth sector.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with project budgets, cost plans and monthly commercial forecasts.

• Managing day-to-day cost tracking, valuations and commercial reporting.

• Preparing and costing project variations and monitoring approvals.

• Supporting procurement activities and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Assisting with tender preparation, BOQs and bid submissions.

• Supporting subcontract agreements, purchase orders and contract administration.

• Working closely with engineering, production and planning teams.

• Monitoring project costs, margins and cost-to-complete forecasts.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.

• Experience in civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or modular/off-site construction would be highly advantageous.

• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Strong MS Excel skills; experience with QS software or SAP Business One is an advantage.

• Full, clean driving licence.
