We are currently recruiting a Project Management Coordinator on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Dunleer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering or technical background who enjoys coordinating projects, managing documentation and working with multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Project Delivery Team, your responsibilities will include:

* Developing, updating and maintaining project schedules for modular builds and skid orders.
* Coordinating with engineering, production, procurement and logistics teams.
* Preparing technical submittals, specifications and customer approval documentation.
* Maintaining accurate project records, drawings and documentation.
* Monitoring project progress and highlighting potential delays or issues.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers regarding schedules, documentation and order updates.
* Supporting project meetings, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* An engineering or technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or similar).
* Experience in project coordination, technical administration or document control.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document control systems.
