Location: Hybrid - Dublin, Cork, Galway or Mayo
Contract: 12 months, with potential extensions up to 36 months

Daily rate: Up to €450 per day

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Campaign & Partnerships Specialist for an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, evidence-led campaigns and strategic partnerships supporting a prominent public sector body.

Working with senior stakeholders, creative agencies and external partners, you will lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy and creative development through to delivery and evaluation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead national behaviour-change campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, outdoor and experiential channels.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with public bodies, media organisations, sporting and cultural organisations, and event promoters.
• Oversee creative development, agency and supplier management, media planning and campaign performance.
• Lead activations at major public events, festivals and sporting engagements.
• Manage budgets, production costs, procurement requirements and campaign evaluation.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring strong governance and value for money.

What we are looking for:

• Significant senior-level experience in strategic marketing, integrated campaigns, communications or partnerships.
• At least five years' senior-level experience within a creative advertising or integrated communications agency.
• A proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-channel or behaviour-change campaigns.
• Strong experience in partnership development, event activations, agency management and budget oversight.
• Excellent research, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in a public-sector, statutory or similarly regulated environment.
• A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
