Contract & E-commerce Account Coordinator
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports to: Sales Support Manager
About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting for our client who is seeking an experienced Contract & E-commerce Account Coordinator to support the continued growth of their contract furniture business across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will work across the Build to Rent, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Private Rented Sector, Leisure and Affordable Housing sectors, while also providing e-commerce administrative and account management support.
You will act as a key link between customers, the Business Development team, supply chain and fulfilment, ensuring enquiries, orders and projects are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Act as the first point of contact for contract customers via phone and email.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage expectations around product availability, lead times and delivery dates.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
- Support e-commerce marketplace management and fulfilment activities.
Order & Project Administration
- Process quotes, orders and amendments accurately using the company ERP system.
- Maintain customer records, project trackers and pipeline activity.
- Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare reports on orders, projects and customer activity.
Sales & Telesales Support
- Follow up on quotes, leads and enquiries by phone.
- Support lead generation and appointment setting.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Account Development
- Build strong relationships with existing contract customers.
- Support repeat business and account growth.
- Share customer and market feedback with the sales and product teams.
- Support the wider contract growth strategy and sales targets.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in customer service, sales support or account coordination.
- Ideally experience within furniture, interiors or a B2B product-based environment.
- E-commerce experience would be an advantage.
- Experience managing project-based customers and complex orders.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a strong customer-first approach.
- Confident making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using an ERP or CRM system.
- Professional, positive and confident communication style.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
