Helpdesk and Service Planner

Location: Lurgan, Co. Armagh
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Arrangement: Site-based

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of Mitie for a Helpdesk & Service Planner to join the team at its Lurgan site.

This is a busy and varied coordination role supporting Mitie's Fire, Security and PFX service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning engineer workloads, managing customer and helpdesk enquiries, maintaining accurate service records and helping to ensure scheduled works are completed in line with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Fire, Security and PFX Engineer workloads up to 30 days in advance.
• Handle calls, emails and helpdesk queries.
• Liaise with Engineers, Managers and clients regarding scheduled works.
• Monitor workloads and help ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate customer, service and call-out records.
• Complete data entry and update relevant systems.
• Raise permits where required.
• Support customer queries and work closely with the wider helpdesk team.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate should:

• Be confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Have strong administration and data-entry skills.
• Be comfortable managing telephone and email enquiries.
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers, Engineers, Managers and Helpdesk teams.
• Work effectively as part of a busy team.
