Staffline Recruitment Ireland is delighted to announce an exciting new opportunity for Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors in South Dublin.
This position operates on 8-hour shifts from Thursday through Monday. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of warehouse operations while providing leadership and guidance to the warehouse team.

Key Duties
* Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and oversee the team on shift.
* Plan workloads and allocate duties to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met.
* Oversee all goods-in, picking, loading and dispatch activities.
* Ensure stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately and safely.
* Maintain accurate stock records and ensure warehouse systems are kept up to date.
* Manage staff rotas and arrange cover for holidays and absences.
* Ensure all health and safety procedures and company standards are followed.
* Oversee the loading of trailers and containers and ensure all paperwork is correct.
* Monitor warehouse performance and deal with any operational or staffing issues.
* Train, coach and support warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.
* Ensure warehouse space is used efficiently and stock is stored correctly.
* Report stock discrepancies, damages and other operational issues to senior management.

Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Good knowledge of stock control, goods-in and dispatch operations.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable managing a busy warehouse operation and working to deadlines.
