Plasterer - Housing Executive
Location: Cloughfern Avenue, Newtownabbey
Rate: £14.35 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Contract: Temporary - 21 September to 21 December 2026
The Housing Executive is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join the NIHE Direct team.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years' relevant plastering experience
- Intermediate IT proficiency
- Valid CSR card
- Experience in internal plastering, including bonding and skimming
- Experience in external plastering, sand/cement rendering and wet dash rendering
- Basic AccessNI check required
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + 12 public holidays. NIHE will provide required equipment and health & safety equipment.
