  • Ensure creative is delivered to deadlines across all concurrent workstreams.

  • Apply compliance awareness (e.g. ASA guidelines) to ad scripts and claims, particularly around guarantee-style or outcome-based messaging.
  • Own the creative direction for email flows and campaign sends, ensuring design supports the customer journey, campaign objective and commercial priorities.
  • Brief the in-house Multimedia Designer on email creative requirements, including visual hierarchy, imagery, layout, messaging priorities and required assets.
  • Ensure email creative remains consistently on-brand while adapting the visual approach to suit individual campaigns, seasonal moments and promotional themes.

  • Review email creative before launch to ensure it aligns with the brief, brand standards and wider campaign creative.

  • Comfortable interpreting Meta Ads performance data (hooks, personas, formats, drop-off points) and turning it into creative direction.
  • Proficiency with: Notion (briefing), Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Foreplay.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to run multiple concurrent campaign workstreams without dropping deadlines.
  • Experience delegating to and directing in-house production talent (design/video) and/or external creators.
  • Working knowledge of advertising compliance standards (e.g. ASA) as they apply to ad copy and claims.
  • Track record of holding high-responsibility roles with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with experiential campaign concepts.
  • Background in DTC/e-commerce, particularly considered purchase or home goods categories.
  • Experience handling customer-facing escalations tied to ad campaigns (e.g. complaint response, brand tone management).
