About the Role
We are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join our client team Dale farm at Pennybridge. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.
As a Dispatch Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, prepared and dispatched on time, helping to keep our operation running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Picking, checking, packing and labelling products for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading goods safely where required.
- Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
- Carrying out quality and accuracy checks before goods leave the site.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following company procedures, health & safety requirements and operational guidelines.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Supporting other warehouse and dispatch duties as required.

Previous warehouse, dispatch or logistics experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
