Visitor Centre Retail Assistant

£13.50 Per Hour

3-5 Days Per Week

Staffline Ireland are currently recruiting on behalf of our Lisburn-based client for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join the team.

Working in the visitor centre, you'll be one of the first points of contact for visitors to the business, providing a warm welcome and helping customers discover our range of products, gifts and merchandise.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and delivering excellent customer service
• Advising customers on our whiskey, gin, gifts and merchandise
• Processing sales and operating the till
• Maintaining attractive, well-stocked retail displays
• Managing stock and replenishment within the shop
• Supporting tour arrivals and general Visitor Centre activity when required
• Keeping the retail area welcoming, organised and presentation-ready

Desirable Criteria:

• We're looking for someone who is personable
• Confident and dependable, with a genuine interest in delivering a great visitor experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busier periods as required.
