At Staffline Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, an expanding multinational organisation with offices in Dublin 22. They are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated graduate / junior accounts assistant to join their busy finance function.

The successful candidate will receive full training to take on the following responsibilities:

• Invoice processing
• Data Entry
• Supporting the team to resolve queries in a timely manner
• Liaising with staff and vendors to follow up queries and approvals
• Support the current accounts team in all areas
• Ability to analyse data
• Matching client purchase orders to sales orders and despatching invoices
• Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Applicants will meet the following requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in an office environment, ideally in an accounting function is desirable.
• An accounting / business related 3^rd level qualification
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Flexible approach to all areas of the role

This permanent position will offer a starting salary of €30,000.
