Rate of Pay: £13.69

The Client: Local Healthcare body based in Lisburn, serving local residents.

The Role:

• Estate inspections
• Effective use of IT systems
• Good record keeping/maintenance of spreadsheets
• Support/assistance to estate management team
• Provide effective customer service
• Develop good working relationships with stakeholders
• Additional duties as required

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Requirements:

• 4 GCSEs at grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
• OR
• 5 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Well developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks within tight deadlines
• Ability to use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral to meet the needs of the post
