Salary

• €34,000 starting
• Pension

Schedule

• 5 days over 7 (Monday to Sunday)
• Rotating shifts:08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00
• Early shift (1x per week): 06:00 - 15:00
• Weekends:Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

The Role

• Supervise daily floor operations
• Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure stock availability and accurate handling of deliveries
• Support stock counts and inventory control
• Maintain high standards across the floor
• Deal with issues quickly and keep things running smoothly

This is a hands-on role - not office-based.

Requirements

• Previous Supervisor / Duty Manager experience (retail or warehouse)
• Strong people management skills
• Experience with stock, deliveries or merchandising
• Flexible with early starts and weekend work
• Reliable and organised
