Front of House & Well-being Coordinator

We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front of House & Well-being Coordinator to deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation for a wellness facility.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front of House

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Manage check-ins, pre-treatment briefings, and aftercare guidance.
  • Resolve guest queries and concerns with professionalism while maintaining a calm and relaxing environment.

Daily Operations

  • Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment room availability.
  • Oversee room preparation, linen supplies, and stock levels.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures.
  • Process purchase orders, reconcile daily takings, and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation throughout treatment rooms and relaxation spaces.
  • Ensure all facilities consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest experience.
  • Recommend suitable wellness products and additional treatments based on guest needs.
  • Support retail sales through genuine, personalised recommendations.
  • Maintain hygiene records, complete routine safety checks, and report incidents where required.
  • Support environmentally responsible practices across daily operations.
  • Assist with team briefings and staff scheduling.
  • Provide day-to-day support to therapists and ensure effective communication between shifts and management.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service coordination role.
  • A naturally welcoming, calm, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing schedules, stock, and operational standards.
  • Confidence using booking systems, point-of-sale software, and basic reporting tools.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A current First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Confidence creating simple social media content, including short videos and captions that showcase the guest experience.

Desirable:

  • Beauty or holistic therapy qualifications.
  • Experience within luxury hospitality or wellness environments.
  • Knowledge of sustainable or environmentally friendly operational practices.
