Massage Therapist & Wellbeing Assistant

Our client is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist & Wellbeing Assistant to join their growing hospitality and wellness team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Weekend work will be required as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage treatments to a high standard.

• Create a calm, welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised and fully stocked.

• Manage daily appointments using the booking system.

• Confirm bookings and ensure treatment schedules run smoothly.

• Liaise with reception and other departments to coordinate guest appointments.

• Support spa services for individual guests, groups and special events.

• Respond professionally to guest enquiries and requests.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and customer care.

• Assist with the ongoing development of wellness services and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Qualified Massage Therapist (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent recognised qualification).

• Minimum of two years' professional massage therapy experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience managing appointments or using booking systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
