Reservations & Guest Experience Executive

Our client, a growing hospitality business in the North West, is looking for a Reservations & Guest Experience Executive to join their team.

This is a customer-focused role where you will be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage accommodation enquiries, reservations and pre-arrival communication while helping to deliver an excellent guest experience from the first enquiry through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accommodation enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage individual and group bookings using the reservation system.

• Ensure booking details are accurate and kept up to date.

• Respond to guest enquiries regarding facilities, check-in information and local attractions.

• Promote additional guest services such as wellness experiences, breakfast hampers, late check-out and other available packages where appropriate.

• Assist with accommodation bookings for weddings, events and group stays.

• Work with internal teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated accurately.

• Manage room allocations and special requests.

• Support the coordination of guest arrivals for events and special occasions.

• Maintain accurate booking records and guest information.

• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve guest service and booking processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, reservations, reception or guest services role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

• Confident using booking systems, email and Microsoft Office.

• Experience working in hotel reservations or front office.

• Experience using hotel or reservation software.

• Experience supporting weddings, events or group bookings.

• Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is an advantage but not essential.
